Is it possible to dvelop j2me application for multiple language without JSR238?

Hi friends,

I want to know that without supporting JSR 238, I can develop the mobile application for multiple language(Indian language like Hindi, Telgu,Tamil......etc). One more thing I want to know that Suppose Our phone support only 4 language but I want to develop a j2me application in a language which is not supported in device. Is it possible to do in j2me using any third party API. if yes please tell me about third party API or any library by using this I could develop the j2me application for multiple language. If anybody have any idea regarding the same please help me.

probably u can create a Image strip with all characters of that language and display it.
