automatic calls 6630 problem

Hello Nokia developers
I am in need of help.
i am using Nokia 6630 having IMEI 357621002196584
problem is .. all the time i start my cell phone
deducting of my balance starts and all the amount which i load loss automatically. i dunno may be international SMS via gprs are sending or otherwise..
i refresh my phone even tried factory restoration..
but the problem is same.

help me.
