where can i find gsmbas.lib

i want to get cell id
and i need gsmbas.lib library file alone
i search alot , but i find nothing

that library (if I remember right) was for 1st edition devices only. Also if it is not included in the public SDK, you would need to contact the owner (this case it is propably Symbian) for their partnering options.

For which version do you want this library file? For S60 2nd edition or S60 3rd edition?

If you are asking about S60 2nd edition then EtelMM APIs are not part of public APIs. You should better use "MobInfo" API for this purpose.

Else if you are asking about S60 3rd edition then better use CTelephony API.
