signing/signature process to get approval from Nokia for Java J2ME application

Hallo,

we are programming a J2ME Java application for Nokia phones.

To have no trouble later on, if normal users can use the application on their mobile, I would like to ask how is the process to get approval / Signature from Nokia for it (Process and Link to it + costs for signing)

MIDlet gets signed with Nokia certificate only if the MIDlet has been built by Nokia or it is Nokia branded.

No website or other contact methods for this (Nokia signing) as (as I said above) this is not happening in 99.999% of the cases.
