Nokia Test Criteria for Symbian C++ applications

Hi all,
I am developing an application for S60 3rd edition phone. I have seen the process of getting my application symbian signed. I have also observed Nokia Test Criteria for Symbian C++ applications. If i want to get my application certified from nokia (to ensure that it also conforms to Nokia Test criteria), what is the process for it.

There is no Nokia process/criteria beyond/besides Symbian Signed. If it passes Symbian Signed, then it is OK for Nokia, too.
