Flash 2 Sis

I know that it is possible to pack Flash content into a Sis file and i can do so . The Questions is is it possible that the content is directly installed when installing the sis file?
Now it only saves it to the correct location but does not set it directly eg. as screensaver.

BTW does any1 know if you need an own "real" certificate when submitting content to symbian signed or is it enough to sign with dev cert?

Can you open up little more what you mean by 'real' installing and 'real' certification?

At the moment we sign sis files with an certificate issued by trustcenter but this coasts around 300€ per year. As far as i know are symbian signs them again so the question is a own certificate needed? or is it enough to sign them with a self made certificate or sign it with the dev certificate?

Hi Capatain Future,

You can both self-sign or sign with a developer certificate... it depends on your needs.

If you don't need to use any resctricted capability and don't need the symbian signed certification, you can self-sign your application.

This is possible by creating S60 theme with SWF as screensaver.

Also it is possible to implement C++ solution with ECOM plug-in, which uses swf directly as screensaver, bit advanced stuff though..
