    I would like to test my web page with a phone emulator, preferably one that will emulate a Nokia 6500 Classic.

    I have been unable to locate one.

    Does anyone know where I can find one?

    Hi and welcome to the Forum Nokia discussion boards.

    The Nokia 6500 Classic is a Series 40 5th Edition, Feature Pack 1 device, so you should go to this page and download the appropriate SDK (also known as emulator).
