SDK for nokia 3650

hello,

i got a question, where do i get a SDK for the nokia 3650??
i'm a total newbie in developing software for cell phones..maybe there is no special SDK for the 3650?? i would like to program a tool which uses the camera.. i use visual c++ 6

You can check the platform release on the device pages, www.forum.nokia.com/devices
Then www.forum.nokia.com, Tools and SDKs / Symbian/C++ Tools on the left, S60 Platform SDKs for Symbian OS, for C++, and pick the correct SDK (1st edition FP1, WINS). It is going to support exactly VC6 and nothing else, so you will be fine, and you can follow the getting started guide from the SDK Help.

Just a few additions to make start easier:
- you will need a Perl, download from www.activeperl.com however the recent releases will not work, go for 5.6.1 - you can reach archives section on the download page, 5.6.1 635 or 638 should be fine, but you can also check the release notes of the SDK itself
- Perl scripts used by Symbian toolchain do not like drive letters and spaces, so:
--- your projects have to be on the same drive where you install the SDK
--- Program Files / Documents and Settings are not good places
