How to block particular websites and application using J2me midlet.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to build an application which will do the work of blocking of the unwanted websites, and unwanted applications if name provided, is this possible using J2ME. or is it possible using Symbian.
Please help needed urgently. Any sort of lead would be appreciated.

With JME, you can not change the behaviour of the normal applications (like the browser). It is a security feature.
With symbian c++, I'm not sure. I don't think it is easy.
