Is it possible to use one of the Nokia SDKs to implement a WPKI?
If it is possible, which SDK or SDKs will be most relevant?

Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 3.1 supports WIM (Wireless Identity Mobule) and provides WTLS connection. Please see the Toolkit Users Guide for detailed information.
