Difference Beetween Emilator And Mobile Device

I created OMA DRM protected content using NMIT and it works on Nokia Series 40 Emilator.But when I upload to my server and I try to get same content on my mobile device (Nokia N70).I get an error unknown type.But I know my mobile device support OMA DRM.Do you have any idea what's going on ?
