How to get 8310 GRPS work under XP?

After seemengly proper modem setup (Modem_Setup_for_Nokia_8310.exe downloaded from this site) the OS still cannot see nokia 8310 as a modem, only Standart Infrared connection, which of cource doesn't work. The MA-620 IrDA-USB connector is used for IR connection (Nokia PC suite is working properly with it).
How can I make 8310 work as a modem for GRPS connection to internet?
