Localized CS Help

Hi everyone --

I've been looking all over for this, but I haven't found it -- how do you go about localizing CS Help once you have it implemented and working for one language?

Does not the usual "numbering trick" work for help files? (I am just asking, no experience with creating help).

The numbering trick worked -- not too happy with the modifications I had to make to my build files, but I'll live with them for now.
