SVGTBINENCODE fails on Vista?

Hi,

I am using S60 3rd FP2 v1.1 on Vista. If I compile my application SVGTBINENCODE from S60 3rd FP2 v1.1 it just says "SVGTBINENCODE failed!" on the command line.

Any solutions? I did run env.bat, before starting to compile.

One obvious workaround is not to use the tool by making sure that MIFCONV.EXE is called with the /X parameter. Uncompressed icons will work just fine.

I will ask for this issue to be investigated by the SDK team.
