    does RMS allow duplicate values to be entered..?

    as correctly told by bhanuchandar.k, RMS allows you to add the data you want to a RecordStore. Generally speaking, RMS does not perform any checks on the data you add, so all validation logic is left to your application.

    Further to replies by bhanuchandar.k and Jappit I would also recommend looking at the Forum Nokia JavaME Developers library.

    RMS creates a .db file.. can we read the contents of this file..? how to read it..?

    Hi,
    You can open with Textpad or notepad . But you can't see exact data what you have saved . It will be contains extra information those you can see like the non printable charters.
