How to set a device in offline mode?

I do want to set the device in offline mode from my application developing in Symbian OS using SDK 3rd edition.

Please anyone tell me how can I do this.

You can do it using Profile Engine Wrapper API "MProEngEngine" which receives engine instance from "ProEngFactory". Use "SetActiveProfileL" to activate profile by giving Profile ID. Note that this API has been published in S60 3rd FP1.
