Filter outgoing sms?

Hi,

I am working on one application which filters the incoming and outcoming messages.
I am able to filter the incoming messages(searching predefined keyword in sms body) using sockets.
Now my question is can we filter the outgoing sms also? i.e if it contains the specified keyword then i want that it should not be send or directed to some other number. If yes then please do provide me appropriate ointer to same.

actually there is no work around for this that can do this without error.may be u can monitor outbox and delete them,but as i tried but its not a good idea to do this..may be u can do
