Illegal Operation using J2ME S60 MIDP Concept SDK

I got an illegal operation error when trying to run (I've rebuilt the source and have it packaged) an example demo using the J2ME Series 60 MIDP Concept SDK. What is the problem?

I'm using KToolbar (from Sun's Wireless Toolkit 1.0.4). I installed the S60 Concept SDK to the wtklib/devices/ directory.

I'm running Windows XP

There are not much support in here, are there?

Anyway I've figured out the answer myself:
1. Make sure you have Windows XP SP1
2. Make sure that your default language for non unicode is English (I was using Japanese)

Hope that helps other people with similar problems
