bluetooth and real time video streaming

i wanna know can a video file be streamed via bluetooth,b/w 2 bluetooth enabled devices

i don't know about video streaming between 2 phone , but i already saw a program make a phone camera as web cam and transfer the video to pc via bluetooth and its close to real time video speed ...
