AT Command For Requesting Call

Hallo Everybody,

I need help, please.

I make connection with my mobile and I need send order by "AT Command" to make "Requesting Call" Ex. "*666*6#"

I Try to Use "ATD *666*6#;" but fail.

Can you inform me, What the AT Command which used for this?
