XML application running on emulator but not on device.

Hi,
I got some problem like My XML application is running on Emulator perfectly. But not on Nokia Device. It is running also in Sony Ericson device perfectly.
I am not understand why it is not running only on Nokia device.
Is there is path required for j2me for reading file.
Actually i used
Inputstream is = getClass().getResourceAsStream("//4.xml");
should i want to use any other ?
