Does the emulator make a difference for deploying midlets

Hi,

Im having trouble with the series 60 emulator using J2ME WTK 1.04 and jdk1.3.1.

Using another emulator, no problems occur.
If I then deploy this built code ( with another emulator) onto a series 60, will it be a incompatible?

( sorry for the newbie question)

Hello Larry,

Running emulator and deploying MIDlets to a phone are two completely different tasks not related to each other. You can use either Nokia Developer Suite for Java or PC Suite Nokia Application Installer for deployment.
