Download Carbide.ui:- Nokia Download Manager aborts on starting

I have just joined Nokia Forum, as a first step I am trying to download Theme/Carbide.ui to get started but nokia download manager aborts after displaying message 'Starting download' or something similar. It then displays the message:

Download is aborted.

In the technical log there is only one entry of 'Retrieved file size...etc...'.

Can someone please help!!!!

Info:

I am using Vista Premium with service pack 1.

Also I cannot use the normal browser download option as the electricity supply here is not reliable as goes down several times a day, and I don't have the broadband option here either, its just the old telephone line connection....

Carbide.ui Theme Edition is not supported on Vista. You will need Windows XP.
