Getting Remote I/O menu tabs to show

Hello, I got my configurator software to see my N31 terminal finally. Now I want to set up the Remote controlled I/O, and in the help file it shows how you have to set up an identifier in the User Control mode to unlock all the other configuration tabs, well I have done that just like the help file says (word for word) and I still only get the one tab..
I am using configurator v2.30

What I want to be able to do, is send SMS to the device, and change outputs etc.

Hi,

When you want to use user control mode parameters, then you must go
first to the remote I/O control/user control mode/initialize page
and press change button to change or create "message identifier".

When the message identifier is created, then the other pages comes
available. (if the message identifier is already created, just press read button)

Remember that if you want to use user control mode, then you must also check that the SMS center number is defined => go to the
GSM settings/advanced/short message page and check that SMS center address has correct value (use read button to read the value and if it not there contact your service provider to ask it)

Hi,

The problem which you have with the newest configurator and user control mode configuration is that your terminal does not support
further configuration with user control mode.

The new software should be available (this is just an estimate)
during 2Q/2003. This new software is capable of handling the new
features of the remote user control.
