Configuring a Web Server

Hi,
When configuring a Web Server for Toolkit (page 21 on manual), does it need to be an external network server, or can one download a server simulator for the toolkit to work within the PC environment?

Naturally you can view and test the files from your local hard drive, just like you are using the examples coming with the Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit.
