Symbian 9.3 Installation

Hello,

Please let me know is 9.3 installtion different from 9.2 ?

Also please let me know which IDE is used for the same...

I have a complete setup of 9.2 with Visual Studio .net 2003 but while 9.3 it is giving me error.

Please suggest.

You're not really installing Symbian 9.3, are you?

You are installing the S60 3rd Edition SDK FP2 and it is known that the SDK has some documented known issues, workarounds and updates. See SDK's release notes and KIS001048 - S60 Platform SDK - Workarounds and Updates

yes u r correct i m installing S60 3rd Edition SDK FP2 but while selecting this from SDK Configrator it is giving me Invalid Parameter error...

can u please tell me the step by step procedure & requirements for the same

Hello,

Please let me know the installtions for 9.3.

For 9.2 i am using MS visual.net 2003, carbide_v_201, active perl & symbian 9.2 SDK.

Does anything else is required for 9.3 Installations.. because continuing this way is giving error while configration settings...

Also Please suggest is this the problem because i am using 9.2 sis on 9.3 or something else.

Also if there is any other way for installation,let me know.

Please help me out...

You can use any/all SDK at once, their installations do not conflict (usually). Just make sure that in the end <system_drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\Symbian\devices.xml contains correct information about the SDKs.
