What Do I need to connect To an MMSC with an application To GET MMS File ?

My application Will Play MMS, the file received is an MMS Compiled or a multipart ?

For testing purposes, Nokia developer hub offers you a connection to MMSC, http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,35452,23_70,00.html. Or if you want your application in production, you should contact your local operator.
