Could you please explain which of the two services advertised above are you using and how much credit have you lost because of the ... hardware switch related thing that happened to you?

Nokia 5800 is available only on RDA service!
Anyway, I finally managed to unlock it by calling that device than choosing the send message option, than.. . . .
But the problem is that now I have only half hour to plying with device instead of the requested 3 hours and I am not sure how much credits it is but I know that I now I have only 16 credits.
I know where the device is available
Well, the RDA credit is free, you will get more when the your current credit is spent. Details in the Forum Nokia Services Feedback forum, where this discussion should have been started to begin with. I'm moving this thread there.
With a bit more positive attitude we'll fix any problems, I'm sure, including this locking issue. Sorry for the wasted time though.

Sorry if I sounded rude but it is really hard to find some free time with tube over there and than when I finally managed to reserve the 3 hours to test it out and than I was unable to do it, painful experience, I was totally pissed off :/
Anyway, at least you got the feedback back I found solution but it was really, really annoying issue believe me![]()
Ok, sounds like the keypad lock was activated for a reason or another. By default they should have been of course turned off on all devices, but on a service run by people and used by peole things like this can happen sometimes (and as it's a free service, there's unfortunately no guarantee that the devices are always accessible). If you discover problems with the service usage, the easiest way to get them fixed is to report them to me.
As Lucian already pointed out, there is only a daily credit limit per user account and the service will handle credit restore automatically. So no need to worry about that.
