[moved] codecs and API details on s60 5th edition

Hi All,

earlier we had codec and API details on 3rd edition in the following links:

I would request the experts to let us know about similar capabilities for 5th edition as well. As this would help us create applications on 5th edition...

I wouldn't think any technical stuff would be out at least untill the device is actually shipping.
