Can the toolkit be used to implement the process of retrieving a User Certificate from a repository (possibly using LDAP)?

Hi!
Nokia Mobile Browser browser that comes with Toolkit 3.1 supports application/vnd.wap.cert-response mime type to download user certificate to its local repository as defined in WAP WPKI spec. It supports HTTP Scheme as defined in section 7.4.1 of WAP-217-WPKI-20010424-a.pdf spec.
