can't send more than 1200kb over GPRS

Hi

I am sending data over GPRS(O2 web mobile) every 5 seconds (100b each line)using Http example (+bluetooth to external device).
The problem that my software works well for 3.5 hours and after that the gprs slow down until it stops sending data. After that the software carries on as normal but the data don't reach the server.
Is this a known issue with GPRS?

it seemd ggsn problem, in china mobile, there is not the problem.
