[moved] E71 Contact Search

Hi,

I've recently bought E71 in Malaysia and read that the contact search function in Home is not available in this region, is this true? If yes, is there a way to enable this function?

you could check if it is on, by typing something in the home screen and seeing if the list pops up. anyway where did you hear that it is not available in your region ?

I read it from one of the forum, can't recall though. Anyway, I've tried typing from the main screen to search but the list is not shown. How can I activate this function?

Yes, I just bought the E71 in China but it is an Indonesia version and I also do not have the contact search function. I can type in a persons name but it does nothing - it only says I can add it to my contact list, rather than make a call to that person. Any new ideas?
