will application installed on one Device memory card will work on the Other device

I am keen interested to know can I run my one application installed on one mobiles memory card if I pull that card out and insert in other device...will it work on the second device..

Thanks for the reply.Yeah I have test the same and its not happening..I mean application not running.
However I have checked the symbian application thats running.Thats why I was keen to know that is there any way ti do this..

Reading through the MIDP specs a few times I have gotten an impression that this is not possible as the design of Java ME (mainly how installing the MIDlets have been specified/designed) does not really "allow" it.
