Why I could not connect to server using RDA?

Hello,

I begin to use RDA Service. In the first time the connection was Ok but now I could not connect to server using RDA, I constantly get the error: ”Login failed. Invalid user name or password”
My user name and password is correct.

So what is the problem?

Since you've been able to access the service before, cleaning your Java cache should solve the issue.
