ERROR: Binary converter 'SVGTBINENCODE.exe' not found, stop!

Hi

I have suddenly started getting the error,
ERROR: Binary converter 'SVGTBINENCODE.exe' not found, stop!

when I am building the project.

ealier it was not coming.

There are some threads related to this topic. But many options are suggested such as installing the 'SVGTBINENCODE.exe or
setting its path using :
MIFCONV miffile.MIF [/Ssvgencodepath]

I have this SVGTBINENCODE.exe file in the directory
epoc32\release\winscw\ubed\

How should I use the tool MIFCONV?

can anyone suggest..

Should it work if the path variable is set, and path of epoc32......\udeb is added?

I did that but still the same error is coming
