Create a ChoiceList control in AknForm

Hi,

I have the problem to create dynamically a choice list control in CAknForm derived class ..
I found in

that it exists a CEikChoiceList class at least in OS 7.0 ... where it goes?
I am sure it still exists in 3rd edition (9.1) becauce a choice list control could be created
using resource, but where can I get headers?

You probably want CAknPopupFieldText as the choice list is a techview component and not implemented in S60

How do I use CAknPopupFieldText class for create dynamically a choice list?
is it correct to call
CAknPopupFieldText * popf = (CAknPopupFieldText*)CreateLineByTypeL(capiton2,
pageId,id,EEikCtChoiceList,NULL);
?
I see a very little documentation on this class, could I construct choice list dynamically (not in resource)?
