Play Video...Unsupported Video Mobile

I wana Ask Onething i Have Mobile on which i can take photo but i cannot record video...can i make application any application via which i can record video....it does not care whether phone have video recording function..or not

Which phone model are you talking about?
Do you mean that the Java ME implementation does not support video (only snapshots) or are you saying that the phone's "native" camera application does not allow video recording, just taking still images?

if device's native camera does not support video recording, you can not record video using J2ME apis.

Yup I m talking about the phone who just take only still images and which does not support video recording
