I am converting a bitmap (.bmp) file into an .mbm file format using the following line in my command prompt:

bmconv testIcon_mbm.mbm /c8testIcon_bmp.bmp

When I view this item on my phone, the colors are inverted! Has anyone had this problem and knows the remedy?
