Setting default Email-id while Emailing via messaging application

Hi Everybody

Could you pls tell me the way to set the default
Email address in the messaging application
For example

To abc@dbe.com
Cc---
Subject---

Email content..


I know it has something to do with "ID's"
But i dont know how to do it
Pls tell me all the steps..

If it is a Symbian C++-related question, you may consider telling which e-mail creation approach you use.
