5th Edition SDK API Plugin Contents & Timeline

Can anyone at Nokia give an indication when the 5th Edition SDK API plugin will be made available to developers and list the specific APIs that will be included in it.

For our part we have a pressing need for the Music Player Remote Control API, having developed against it under FP1 and now being required to port our application to the new generation touch sensitive devices.

Unfortunately that thread has been closed :( Can it be opened up again so we can post to it and can anyone give an indication of when the plugin SDK will be available (even in Beta form)?

The feedback thread also includes an email address disguised as a link.

The general advice is that if you need the API and your schedule cannot afore to wait for the release of the plug-in then you should use the API Partnering process.

Will do - and have also emailed via the link for keeping the Music Player remote control API in the plug-in for our last.fm music apps.
