Getting error While building project

Hi Guys!
I am building my project for deployment on my N73 mobile, thus I am building with configuration as
Phone Release (GCCE)[S60_3rd_FP2_Beta] option
but I am getting these errors.
1) arm-none-symbianelf-ld: \Symbian\9.3\S60_3rd_FP2_Beta\epoc32\release\ARMV5\LIB\estw32.dso: No such file: No such file or directory
2) file I/O fault.[]
3) makesis.exe returned with exit value = 1

Also Please note that it builds perfectly ok when built in Emulator mode.
All I want is I want to now try on my mobile model N73M.

It is with respect to .pkg file..
Check the pkg file where you have mentioned the files...Are they present or not....


And also N73's SDK is not S60 FP2..Have it in mind though the error you are encountering is not based on that one...

Whar should I change in pkg file also which other configuration will work for atleast N73 and well I think so that S60 3rd edition s/w are supported by N73 right or is it some thing else?

Yes but s60 3rd edition is the ancestor of s60 3rd FP2..
Its better not to use s60 3rd Fp2 with s60 3rd but it can be done vice versa..

You would be having some lines like

"$(EPOCROOT)Epoc32\winscw\c\private\E392C269\Myfile" -"!:\private\E392C269\Myfile"

But there may not be such file in that folder..

AFAIK its not about configuration.. You need to download the S60 3rd edition SDK and then build for it,...

just remove that lib from MMP

I do not know estw32, but it is true that estw32.lib is present in epoc32\release\winscw\udeb, and not present in armv5\lib. Re-think why you use/need it.

Also as said, please try to use proper SDK based on your device specifications. In your case it is S60 3rd, Maintenance Release(328 MB). Download it from here: http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...16-3.0-mr.html
