application switch problem on Nokia S60 FP2

Hello. I made a rtsp connection by using the player class. And during the first 10-15 seconds after the player started, if I try to switch application using menu key on Nokia S60 FP2 phones. The application will die and I must remove the battery. And I can hear the player is still playing in the background.

Has any body meet that problem before?
