irecive this errors on c++ bulder x mobile edition 1.5
even when i run an empity project
bldmake -v bldfiles

please help me

These messages mean that you need nmake.exe. If it is part of Borland C++ Builder X ME 1.5, make sure that its location is added to the path.
Otherwise if you specify the device you want to develop for, it might be possible to suggest some more recent tool than this particular one.
