7650 install aplication problem

When I connect via IR with pc suite and try to install .jar application I get "Connect failed" everytime, I can install by email but this is annoying (and expensive) please somebody give me a clue, is there some security settings or something?? (Ps i can transfer images no probs using ir)

You can try sending those .jar-files without PC suite to the phone.
