Desktop/Stand-up Screen Plugin API is not public at this time. you might consider open Nokia Support case.

I thought there is just something to be added to app_reg.rss just like when creating a predefined folder for the application upon installation

    OK thanks for the info.

I just wandering why nokia requires me to open Nokia Support case in this simple feature. This discourages many developer, just to express sign an app, there's a lot to pay, even in the development of the app

Yes, Nokia do dis-courage developing some features as it might and will degrade user experience.

I dont think I can convince them. A lot of threads here is asking about this kind of feature but it either ends up not being answered or getting an answer that they need to open Nokia Support Case and pay.

I think opening Nokia Support case will not make the app exception to this

Anyways Thanks for your answer I don't need to spend a lot of time searching for something which is not really for free.
