problem with java client with GSM modem ( USB port )

Urgently: I have a problem to create java Application to send SMS message through GSM modem
( connect with USB port ) when I sent AT-command to modem it's not work
Please let me know about solutions or any library

Which phonemodel you are using?
Check your modem settings, speed, echo...
