playing a recorded audio when call is recieved

i want do a project on symbian for final year project . i decided the topic - when a call comes to a user and he does not pick the call then a pre -recorded voice is played , and after that caller can leave the message , which will be stored on the phone memory only .
can you please guide me . from where i get the help . I AM COMFORTABLE WITH BASIC PROGRAMING .
AND BASIC SYMBIAN CONCEPT . WHERE CAN I GET THE RELATED SOURCE CODE .
I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU .
