Should I create the window which shows capabilities?

I want to sign my application using Express Signed method.

Should I create the window which shows capabilities are used in my application in order to sign using Express Signed method? (after first start the application)

Hello,
user doesn t need to know which capabilities your application is using because if it will be someone who has nothing to do with Symbian programming he will just not understand it.
It is recommended to inform user (for example in help, or first run window) what your application use for example: bluetooth, camera, recorder etc..

During the siging you will be asked to fill form which capapbilities you use and what for.
