I own a Nokia 6102i cell phone, and I need too replace the antenna (cingular long) and antenna cover. I would rather do this OEM rather than after market. So, does Nokia sell parts and if so where?

As far as I know Nokia does not sell parts, certainly forum Nokia doesn't do so. You can discuss with other Nokia phones users at http://discussions.europe.nokia.com and see if any of them has found a source of Nokia phone components.
