When it asks you to register select "I don't have the serial number" and click Next. Select "I have Internet connection" and click Next. Your web browser will open to a page containing the serial number; the serial will also be sent to the email address associated with your Forum Nokia account.

If that doesn't work you can try writing an email containing your username and the name of the program you are trying to register to: nokia.forum.team@nokia.com and they will create the serial number for you manually.
